I use a variety of manual therapy techniques including Myofascial Release, Strain/Counterstrain, Trigger Point Release, Soft Tissue

to Deep tissue Mobilization,

Manual traction including prone cervical traction,   Graded joint mobilization for the spine, pelvis, and the extremities; Instrumental tissue mobilization.

Therapeutic exercise is specific for each and every patient according to their needs, although all patients are instructed in postural exercises as poor posture is the root of Many musculoskeletal  problems, degeneration and sources of pain.                    Modalities used include Anodyne for neuropathic pain and increasing blood flow; US is used to phorese compounds into areas needing decreased inflammation, pain, and/or to decrease muscle spasms. Electric stimulation is used to decrease pain, spasms, and to assist with regaining muscle function.

Many times you can ease your foot and leg pains with a simple over the counter shoe insert, but if you have congenital malalignment and/or degenerative changes, you may obtain a much better outcome with a custom pair of orthotics..
