I am a physical therapist with 30 years of experience in orthopedic and manual physical therapy. As former owner of Bluegrass Physical Therapy for 22 years which I partnered with Jefferson Fitness Club for 14 years, I have the experience and diversity to provide the care You need for your musculoskeletal aches and pains, injuries, and decline in function. I have focused on the spine and extremities because estimates put back pain in the 85-90% of the population.

There is a saying in the equine world, "No hoof, No horse". I have found this applies to people equally. Since before graduating I began pursuing additional education in gait analysis and the treatment of a myriad of foot maladies and congenital or acquired dysfunction which can often be resolved with the appropriate therapy and sometimes the need for custom orthotics.

In 1998 I became certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities. I am also certified in the McKenzie Method for treatment of the spine and extremities. These certifications along with my hundreds of hours of ongoing education in orthopedic and manual physical therapy have enabled me to enjoy successful outcomes with numerous patients who have had disappointing outcomes with other treatments they have tried.

I am certified in the ErgoScience method of Functional Capacity Evaluations, Job Demands Analysis, and Worksite Assessments. I have decades of experience in industrial rehab, and have found Ergo Science offers a Most Comprehensive approach to managing this patient population.

To sum this up, your therapist has experience, education,  dedication, determination, and sincere passion for the profession of physical therapy. Call today for a FREE brief consultation to determine how I can help relieve your pain and return you to a functional, enjoyable, active life!

Words can't express how grateful I am to Glenda. Glenda saved me from having back surgery. I had been to chiropractors and other Physical therapists and this was the only person that could help. I was bed ridden and couldn't walk without assistance. She not only helped me from not having surgery but now I am no longer in constant pain. She is very patient and always willing to find the root of the issue. I am grateful for Glenda who helped me get back on my feet and enjoy the life of a mother of two young kids. - Heather L.
